He is a trained Primary Care Paramedic, certified Firefighter and Instructor, Fire Officer and a Hazardous Materials Technician. Mr. Gaw is a skilled and recognized facilitator with extensive experience in Emergency Response/Management, Fire and Rescue Training, Workplace Safety, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.
Mr. Andrade is a respected transformational leader, passionate about building trusted relationships and collaborating with stakeholders about Health and Safety. He is a skilled and engaging communicator with strong written, verbal, and presentation capabilities that inspire and motivate engagement and participation. Mr. Andrade is experienced in health and safety program development; data architecture; analysis; and visualization. Mr. Andrade endeavors to assist in enhancing operational excellence by providing straightforward solutions.
