As an executive leader, author, international educator, and trusted consultant, he combines strategic leadership with extensive field experience to deliver solutions that perform in real-world environments.
He works directly with leadership teams to design and implement practical solutions in emergency management, hazardous materials programs, crisis preparedness, and regulatory compliance—bridging the gap between policy requirements and operational execution. His experience is built on thousands of real-world incidents, assessments, and high-risk operational projects across North America.
